From last year Sept/Oct 2024: I was actually sleeping pretty well at the psych hospital despite the plastic beds and light flashed on me every 15 minutes. There were definitely some good people working there, and I did have some fun times and created some good bonds with other patients… but it so amazing to me home! I went ahead and took an Ativan to help me sleep (I don’t want to have to take anything to sleep most nights and shouldn’t have to). I think I was kind of sleeping when Dexter barked to go outside.
