A friend advised I also have to establish an LLC in addition to my foundation non profit 501(c)3. My initial plan was for donations to be deposited directly into the foundation's bank account, thereby not affecting my personal income. Once the foundation is successful and has sufficient funds to open a facility, I intended to start taking a salary and potentially relinquish my mental disability benefits. This is my calling and I am committed to it. I am also taking a significant personal step by getting rebaptized at Pantano Christian Church on October 13th at 10:30 am.

I heard it can take up to a year to get a non profit foundation but I can start with an LLC for $50 that just takes a few minutes!! I’m still learning as I go, but I’m determined to make my dream a reality!!
